Luisa, our host, made our experience unforgettable by graciously picking us up from the station and assisting us with local transportation, always responding promptly to our inquiries. The room was a delightful retreat, complete with a lovely welcome basket filled with chocolates and pastries, and generously stocked with free toiletries. I particularly appreciated the comfortable sitting area and well-maintained garden furniture, providing a perfect spot to relax after a busy day exploring the nearby attractions. The hotel's prime location, just a short walk from the historic castle and fantastic local dining options, made this an ideal base for our stay. I highly recommend Vico D'Ercole for anyone seeking a blend of comfort and hospitality.
